Detrás de Trazo Domingo
Sobre
Adela Mendoza. Lives in Rosario, Argentina, where she works as a marketing coordinator at a logistics company. Discovered nail art back when pandemic afternoons stretched empty -- picked up a bottle of gel polish, a thin liner brush, and started copying simple flower designs from Instagram on her own hands during meetings nobody noticed her camera was angled wrong. Going on five years on, every Sunday afternoon is the practice session: one new technique per week, sometimes the same technique three weekends in a row when the line work still trembles. No clients, no certification, no plans to monetize. The point is the practice -- like learning watercolor would be, except the canvas walks around with her all week long and survives a Tuesday meeting or a Thursday subte ride. Keeps a small drawer of beginner mistakes -- the chrome powder that turned grey under the wrong topcoat, the gel that lifted in around a day and a half because the file was too coarse -- as honest reminders. Has read four Hotmart books on nail art and reviews them here when one survives a month of actual practice. Not a beauty professional. Just a Sunday painter who happens to paint on fingernails.
